Return and Refund Policy

At DiazDigital, I am dedicated to delivering stunning images that meet your expectations. Please take a moment to read our policy below:

No Refunds Policy:

- We do not offer refunds for any sessions or packages once they have been booked and completed.

Reshoot Policy:

- If you are not satisfied with the final images due to technical issues (e.g., equipment failure or missed shots), you may request a reshoot 

within 5 days of receiving your final gallery.

- Reshoots will be provided at a heavily discounted rate, as we value your satisfaction while also compensating for our time.

- Only one reshoot will be offered per session, and it must be conducted at the same location and with the same duration as the original shoot.

Exclusions:

- Reshoots are not available for changes in personal preferences regarding poses, styling, or the appearance of subjects unless there was a technical issue.
